I'm Amber

We're at a crossroads to meet the needs of our own happiness and wellbeing, as well as our teachers', AND continue to push ourselves toward school improvement. These two things, happiness at work and school improvement, often live as friendly neighbors. But truly, they should be strong, healthy partners, that ebb and flow as they support each other.
